Just a bunch of guys trying to finish their projects.

New E30 parts released! Check 'em out.

Does anyone actually read these?

The Family Fleet

We work with cars because we love them.

Spending time testing out parts, researching new ones and getting up to our eyeballs in a project is something that to those who understand it, no explanation is needed and to those who don’t, none will ever be enough.

Like proud parents, we love to show off our family. These are the Treedy Labs family rides.

  • 1997 BMW M3 Sedan

Treedy Labs’ first project, the M3 joined the family when we realized we needed a dedicated E36 for R&D. Aside from being our test bench for upcoming parts, it is currently having its automatic replaced with an E46 M3 6-speed.

  • 1959 GMC PD-4104 Bus

A labor of love, this different take on classic Americana sports a two-stroke
Detroit Diesel and 38 feet of manual transmission linkage. It's bright blue and the body is all aluminum. Keep an eye out for it at events on the east coast.

  • 1989 BMW 325i Convertible

The E30 is a project that was actually finished. It's been resto-modded with an S52 engine transplant, fresh paint, new upholstery and working air conditioning. Something will probably break soon.

  • 1999 Land Rover Discovery 2

A Copart love story, the Disco is a box of laughs. It leaks everything and has a tenuous relationship with head gaskets but that's just part of its charm.

This lovely photo was from the day we picked it up from the auction yard.

  • 2008 BMW E60 M5

Before you ask, yes, it's a manual and no, the rod bearings have not failed.

An impulse purchase by one of our team members when he saw it for sale at CarMax, the warranty has more than paid for itself.

  • 1983 Porsche 944

The 944, or as we call her, the "Poorsche." She'll be running a road rally in the fall and come spring, she'll be damp. Really need to fix that window gasket.

  • 2004 Volvo V70R

The only thing longer than the roof is the list of receipts in the Volvo's log book. A pristine example of Swedish Speed, the V70R is the perfect daily driver. Just ignore the abysmal turning radius.

  • 2002 Toyota Tacoma

Lifted, locked, supercharged and surprisingly no rust. The Taco has been in the fleet for over 15 years and is still the best truck we've ever had.

  • 2002 Subaru WRX Wagon

The official parts wagon, the WRX has been in our fleet after it was found on a farm, completely stock and with only 60,000 miles. Besides basic mods and maintenance, we plan to keep it original.
