Refund policy

 

At Treedy Labs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Exchanges Policy is designed to make the process simple and efficient.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.


1.2. To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered.

- Include all original packaging, components, and documentation.


1.3. Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

- Custom or made-to-order products.

- Clearance or final sale items.


2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please use the automated return functionality on our website or contact us for support. We can be reached via our Contact Us page or directly at info@treedylabs.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


2.2. Clearly label your return package with the RMA number and ship it to:

2.3. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. Treedy Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

3. Exchanges

3.1. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process by contacting customer service for an RMA number. 

3.2. Once the original item is returned and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped to you. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference. For items of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.


3.3. All exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that some financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


4.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.


5.2. Treedy Labs will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover all associated shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either:

- Provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

- Issue a full refund, including shipping charges.


6. Exceptions and Limitations

6.1. Treedy Labs reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.


6.2. Treedy Labs is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, installation, or handling of the product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopify@treedylabs.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
